Terms and Conditions of Q Factor

  1. Competitors must be UK residents (who are living in the UK, not necessarily be UK citizens).
  1. Previous Q-Factor finalists (1st, 2nd & 3rd) are NOT allowed to take part in the competition.
  1. Children aged 7-16 must have parental consent to take part in the competition.
  1. One contestant can have a maximum of one attempt in the initial screening rounds.
  1. Contestants must provide us with the correct information about their age
  1. A contestant can withdraw their registration at any time they want with no obligation.
  1. Contestants will NOT be informed of their scores of competition at any point.
  1. All the contestants and their guardians must give consent to use of their photographs for competition and charity purposes in there electronic, hard-copy literatures and publications.
  1. All candidates and their parents/guardians are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
  1. Global Aid Trust will keep all data in their possession for competition purposes and is not obliged to disclose any data upon completion of the competition under the data protection act 1998
  1. Global Aid Trust and Channel S will ensure contestants safety during their time in the competition.
  1. In any competition, the rulings of the judges will be final.
  1. In case of any complaints about irregularities, Global Aid Trust & Q-Factor management will conduct an immediate investigation and the matter will be dealt within 5 working days.
  1. Any candidate or parents/guardian/guest who does not comply with these terms and conditions including the own rules of Channel S Studio will either be disqualified or/and forfeit the prize money.
  1. Global Aid Trust is under no obligation to run the competition towards the end.
